Returns and Refunds

You can return your order and request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of products such as earrings is not permitted for hygiene reasons.
Other items not permitted for return:
- Gift cards

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted or refused:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

Before proceeding with the return, the customer must indicate the product concerned by the return, as well as a request for exchange or refund by e-mail: team@le37enchante.ch

The return address will then be communicated to you in response. The refund will be made within 10 days of registering your return. It is made directly according to the payment method you used when purchasing.
