All our jewelry is made of stainless steel. They stand the test of time and are durable enough for everyday use. However, you should still take care of them to prolong their lifespan and shine. You can consult our care instructions in the description of each piece.

No, we don't currently have a store. We invite you to come see our products at our events!

You can purchase our jewelry on our website, at our pop-up events, or during our private sales. All events organized by our team are announced on our website and on our social media.

Each piece of jewelry comes in an individual pouch. To ensure a longer lifespan and to maintain the shine of your jewelry, we recommend storing it in this pouch. This will keep your jewelry dry and prevent it from getting tangled or scratched.

Our team will process your order within 48 hours maximum. In addition, the following delivery times apply:

• Switzerland: 1 to 2 working days
• Europe: 5 to 8 working days

We deliver to all European countries. Deliveries outside Switzerland are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient will be responsible for paying the carrier any import taxes (VAT in the recipient country), as well as all customs fees and duties related to their order, which will be requested upon delivery.

All our orders will be shipped by Swiss Post, A+ mail with tracking.

• Switzerland: 5 CHF - Free from 60 CHF of purchases.
• Europe: 10 CHF - Free from 120 CHF of purchases.

We accept payments by credit card, gift card or TWINT.

Before returning any jewelry, please contact our team, who will provide you with the necessary information to complete the return. We only accept returns of jewelry that has never been worn and is in its original packaging. Please review our return policy. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

The sizes of our jewelry are indicated in the description of each product. If this does not meet your needs, do not hesitate to write to us with the desired size and the product in question and we will do what is necessary to produce a custom piece of jewelry for you!

No, gift cards are non-refundable.

From the moment you purchase your jewelry, it is under warranty for 1 year. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, i.e., breakage of the carabiner, loss or detachment of a piece, pearl. Loss, theft, breakage of your jewelry or any change due to improper use (you can consult our care instructions in the description of each product) is not included in this warranty.
